The Williams family played
an important part in the history of Redwood and Culpeper. The owner, John S.
Pendelton, adopted the Williams' and transferred Redwood and transferred Redwood
to them as a gift. The family's pictures hang
in the parlor. Lucy Williams wrote her name in a piece of glass in the main doorway
where it still remains. The Williams room contains a queen bed and a fireplace,
as well as a comfortable sitting area. The separate bath and Jacuzzi areas also
contain the tiles described in the Pendelton room. This spacious area has the
charm of 175 years ago with today's comforts -
and a great view of the front gardens.
